All quotes provided are free and without obligation. Pricing is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary based on materials, labour, location, and job complexity. Any changes to the original scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required prior to the commencement of any work. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Payment methods accepted include direct bank transfer and other options as notified by FenceContractor.com.au.
Customers must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur fees to cover planning and preparation costs.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the property is accessible and clear of obstructions. FenceContractor.com.au reserves the right to reschedule work if site conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
We stand by the quality of our workmanship and materials. Warranty periods vary depending on the product and will be specified in your service agreement. Improper use or third-party modifications may void warranties.
FenceContractor.com.au is not liable for delays due to weather, supplier shortages, or other events beyond our control. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing site conditions or underground services not disclosed prior to installation.
